Impact is the only Romanian developer listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The company holds almost 300ha of land bank for its projects in the various regions of Romania including pre-agreements. Impact is currently predominantly focused on residential projects, including partnership with municipalities, however its ambitious project pipeline spreads from residential through office, retail to logistics properties. Impact’s projects are located in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Ploiesti, Oradea and Constanta. The company plans to deliver over 770,000 sqm of residential space through 2016 and some 710,000 sqm of various commercial space.
