Ronson Europe is a real estate developer, which has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since December 2007. The company is mainly concentrated on acting as a residential developer on the Warsaw market, where since 2004 it has successfully completed almost 80,000 sqm of residential housing consisting of over 1,000 units, but it also took steps to expand geographically to other cities in Poland including Poznan, Wroclaw and Szczecin. In the longer run Ronson Europe aims to spread its activities to investments in other Central Europe countries. The company benefits from the experience of its well established shareholders, which are among others GE Real Estate and Israel Theaters Ltd.
