ECM Real Estate Investments is a real estate developer, which has been listed on the Prague Stock Exchange since December 2006. The Company is operating in the Czech Republic, Russia, Poland and China. The Company’s field of business is first of all commercial properties, then hotel as well as residential properties. ECM has currently 23 projects in portfolio with almost 500,000 sqm of usable space and the overall market value of completed scheme amounts to around EUR 1.25 billion. In addition to development business, the company is opportunistically looking at markets where it operates for real estate investments as partial diversification strategy.
