Immo Industry Group (IIG) develops tailor-made industrial real estate in Europe, as a stand-alone project or in an industrial park. With a wide range of 18 parks, IIG has a large network of industrial parks in the growth regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the other CIS countries. IIG takes full responsibility from the design to the hand-over of an operational building, offering off- and on-balance financial possibilities.
Three associated branches have been established to complete our services. We offer Facility and Property Management (IIFPM) for all of our projects. Throughout the project timeline, consultancy on the optimisation of logistics and process activities can be provided by Immo Industry Logistics and Process Solutions (IILPS). Via Immo Industry Contracting (IIC), we are able to control the complete construction process.
