The Lewis Charles Romania Property Fund listed on AIM in August 2007. The Fund’s objective is to generate capital gains by investing in both residential and commercial property in Romania primarily, although not exclusively, in and around the major conurbations. The Fund’s initial investments are a retail project in Ploesti and a residential development in Mogosoaia, a suburb of Bucharest. The Fund aims to work in partnership with selected developers from an early stage of its projects.
